About the Journal
Kanz Philosophia is a refereed academic journal published by Sekolah Tinggi Filsafat Islam (STFI) Sadra in Jakarta. The journal conscientiously aims to provide a scholarly platform for critical and informed articles, particularly in the field of Islamic Philosophy and Mysticism. Such issues arise out of classical and contemporary discussions from varied traditions, either Eastern, Western in the hope to contribute the resolution of various It theoretical, methodological, and practical issues in the aforementioned fields. It covers following scopes and issues :
Philosophy of philosophy (Epistemology and Ontology); Philosophy of human; Philosophy of language; Philosophy of religion; Philosophy of moral; Philosophy of history; Philosophy of culture; Philosophy of art; Philosophy of politics ;Philosophy of sosiology; Philosophy of education; Philosophy of science; Philosophy of psychology ; Theoretical and practical Sufism.
Since the publication of volume 6 number 1 in 2016, Kanz Philosophia a Journal for Islamic Philosophy and Mysticism has been in a vacuum and almost four years has not published articles due to several problems such as data corruption and OJS journals that are inaccessible to managers and the public, especially due to virus attacks. . Since September 2020, Kanz Philosophia has begun to be revived with a change of management and a new journal website which previously was https://journal.sadra.ac.id/index.php/kanzphilosophia, moved or changed to http: // kanz.sadra.ac .id /. Because for the sustainability of scientific journals which are required to use the Online Journal System (OJS) to facilitate administration, since 2021 Kanz Philosophia has officially moved to using the official OJS.
Kanz Philosophia is published twice a year, namely in June and December
