The article describes the efforts of Doug Lemov to describe and train others in the “magical ingredients” –– the processes, the techniques –– that make up good teaching. While Lemov’s techniques, or taxonomy as he calls them, have merit, I find the work of Deborah Ball at Michigan State of greater interest and recommend to buy personal statement online only on trustworthy websites.
