Author Guidelines

Guidelines for Author

  1. Articles should be an original research and should not have been published elsewhere or sent for publication not either contain elements of plagiarism.
  2. Articles could be a viewpoint, research resume, book review or part of dissertation with major modification and adjustment. Articles can be written in Bahasa Indonesia, English or Arabic for 15-25 pages including references and tables (if any). It should be typed in A4 paper with the top and left margins as 4 cm, bottom and right
    margins as 3 cm using times new roman font type, with the font size 12 and 1.5 spacing.
  3. The article should have maximum 200 words of abstract in Bahasa and English, consists of 3-5 words each,  using of Times New Roman with font size is 10 in single space.
  4. The book review should be typed between 800-1000 words.
  5. The full articles consist of : Title, Full Name of the Author, Affiliation, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Description, Conclusion, Bibliography, and Short resume of author and contact detail (correspondence address).
  6. The INTRODUCTION contains background of the problem; hypothesis (if any); the purposes of research; introductory refer to some literature which is the basis or reason for the study; also includes front line of current knowledge.
  7. The description of the aticle should cover the clear description refers to the writing purpose.
  8. The CONCLUSION should answer clearly the research question, and is written in one paragraph. It is advised to mention the recommendation or suggestion.
  9. The citation must appear in the body of the text.
  10. Latin expressions, such as, eg., i.e., et al., versus (vs) should be italicized. Foreign words or terms should be italicized and placed in parentheses.
  11. The literature listed in the Bibliography is referenced literature and should be a primary reference, -either books, journals or other scientific papers-, relevant, and up to date. Bibliography is written in single-spaced, sequentially in alphabetical order without number.
  12. All received articles will be evaluated by specialist referees. Elected articles will be returned to the writers with the reviewer comments along with the decision regarding their publication. The article submitted would not be returned, whether it is accepted for publication or not.

  14. Contributors will receive free copies of the Journal in which their articles appear.
  15. Kanz Philosophia follows the Chicago Manual of Style (16th ed. or later) for citations, bibliography and general style guidelines.

Panduan Bagi Penulis

Kontributor mengirimkan naskah dengan memperhatikan beberapa petunjuk di bawah :

  1. Naskah merupakan karya ilmiah orisinil yang belum pernah dipublikasikan dan tidak memuat unsur plagiat.
  2. Naskah yang dikirimkan dapat berupa konseptual, resume hasil penelitian, resume buku atau pemikiran tokoh, bagian dari tesis disertasi yang telah mengalami penyesuaian untuk standar jurnal. Artikel di tulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris sebanyak 15-25 halaman termasuk referensi, daftar pustaka dan tabel (jika ada). Artikel ditulis dalam kertas A4 dengan ukuran margin atas dan kiri 4 cm, margin bawah dan kanan 3 cm dengan menggunakan jenis font times new roman ukuran 12, 1,5 spasi.
  3. Naskah memiliki abstrak dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris sebanyak 200 kata dan  kata kata kunci 3-5 kata menggunakan times new roman 12 ukuran 10 dan spasi tunggal.
  4. Naskah review buku ditulis antara 800-1000 kata.
  5. Naskah meliputi : Judul, Nama lengkap penulis, Instansi  penulis, Email, Abstrak (dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris), Kata kata kunci, Pendahuluan, Pembahasan, Penutup, dan Daftar Rujukan, serta biografi singkat penulis (termasuk alamat korespondensi).
  6. PENDAHULUAN terdiri dari latar belakang masalah; hipotesis (jika ada); tujuan penelitian; dan biasanya bagian ini hanya berkisar 3-4 paragraf atau 2 halaman. Bagian ini juga mencakup beberapa literatur yang menjadi landasan teoritis studi atau mencakup studi sebelumnya.
  7. Bagian Pembahasan menyajikan pembahasan secara jelas pokok bahasan dengan mengacu pada tujuan penulisan.
  8. KESIMPULAN diharapkan mencakup rekomendasi dan saran yang ditulis dalam satu paragraf penuh yang tidak terpisah.
  9. Kutipan muncul dalam teks (body article).
  10. Kata atau istilah yang belum diubah menjadi kata Indonesia diketik dengan huruf italik/cetak miring.
  11. Referensi yang digunakan merupakan referensi utama, baik dari buku, jurnal atau sumber ilmiah lainnya,  relevan. ; Daftar Pustaka ditulis/diketik satu spasi, berurutan secara alfabetis tanpa nomor.
  12. Artikel yang diterima akan dievaluasi oleh Mitra Bebestari. Artikel terpilih akan dikirimkan ke penulis beserta catatan mitra bebestari dan editor sebelum akhirnya diputuskan untuk diterbitkan. Artikel yang masuk ke redaksi tidak akan dikembalikan, baik ditolak atau diterima.
  13. Naskah dikirim  paling lambat 2 (dua) bulan sebelum penerbitan secara online melalui website http://www.journal.sadra.ac.id/index.php/kanzphilosophia/index atau dikirim ke email kanzphilosophia@sadra.ac.id; kanzphilosophy@gmail.com
  14. Penulis yang artikelnya dimuat akan menerima 2 exemplar jurnal beserta cetak lepas.
  15. Literatur yang dicantumkan dalam Daftar Pustaka hanya literatur yang menjadi rujukan dan dikutip dalam karya ilmiah.
  16. Journal Kanz mengikuti  Chicago Manual of Style (edisi ke 15 atau 16) untuk kutipan dan referensi.
